What is Acai Berry?
Acai berry is actually a reddish, purple fruit which is about 1 inch around. It is created by the acai palm tree known as the (Euterpe Oleracea), which can usually be found around the Amazon; Central and South America.
It is known as a berry type fruit that is high in anti-oxidants and can help prevent many diseases that are caused by oxidative stress – these can be things such as cancer, heart disease, and other sicknesses as well!
It has many nutrients that many people usually spend hundreds of dollars in supplements all in one package! It is also known as “nature’s energy drink” when it is liquified like any other food.
Does the Acai Berry Have Many Nutrients?
It most certainly does, just like any other fruit, it has is benefits; but it has a lot more than your “ordinary fruit”.

When it comes to anti-oxidants, no other fruit even comes close, the Acai berry is being known as the miracle fruit and is now available to the mainstream audience.

The Acai Berry also contains something known as “cyanidin”, a highly anti-oxidant phytochemical compound. In other words, this can help drain the body fat and dramatically reduces the rate in which your body actually absorbs the fat.
It can also help stimulate the metabolism, improve the digestive process of your body, burn body fat frequently, and overall detoxify the body of toxins – this is why it’s touted as a “miracle fruit”.
